Rule to respect by drivers and customers: 

Thank you to everyone who chooses to use Daba services, we really appreciate the trust you have in us. 

Do not treat customers rudely if you do so your account is suspended for up to 72 hours. 

Do not cancel any trip if you do so you get punished by suspending your account  

Do not complain when a customer is riding say sometimes nice or doesn’t talk at all. 

Do not share rides when already a customer in rides. 

When encountering an issue with a customer it is better to call us asap to help find a better solution for both. 

Any act of scamming results in stopping the driver right away from working with us. 

We don’t deliver alcohol, wine, drugs or any suspicious materials otherwise the driver is fully responsible for their such action and consequences.  

If any expensive item or fragile item needs to be delivered, you must notify us before otherwise we don’t assume accountability for any damage to the item. 

Any item left by the customer must be brought to us to be handed to the customer. 

Driver cancels only when customer is exposing serious risk. 

In general drivers should call the police in case of unexpected or suspicious activities. 

For customers that don’t reply on the phone while the driver calls them to pick them up you have up to 30 min if you don’t show up your trip cancelled. 

For those that make cash orders, if you don’t show up you will lose your account with us. Playing cost, us money and time. 

Daba company can change prices at any times without any previous notification 

we keep users data safe and we dont share it with any other parties.
